Terms and Conditions

Payment: should be in upfront and Refundable Deposit Starts from Rs. 20,000/- and can go up to Rs 100,000 depending on the selected vehicle.

Additional Charges: * Driver Tip Rs. 1,500/-and Fuel Rs. 2,000/- will be charged in addition to the Rental for Each Airport drop & pickup if requested. * Driver Tip Rs. 500/- will be charged for Home deliver and pickup within Colombo and other distances may vary.

Required Mandatory Documents are as follow : For Individual Customers

• Driving License (Valid to drive in SL)
• National Identity Card or Passport
• Address proof (a bill with the address

For Corporate Customers

• Business registration
• Form 20
• User National Identity card (NIC)
• User Driving License

Return Policy: Standard chargers will be charged for early returns.

Mileage Allocation: 100 KM will be allowed per day and 2500km will be allowed per month. Excess Mileage will be calculated on agreed basis

Calculation Method:
• Kilometers/Hours will be calculated TO/FROM RTT premises.
• Days Calculated based on Calendar days. Minimum Mileage: 100 KM per day and 2500km per month. Excess Mileage will be calculated on agreed basis

Maintenance Cost: All expenses for maintenance (including tyre changes, registration fee, license, insurance and repairs) will be borne by us. Mileage Calculation: From Garage to Garage

Replacement Policy: Break-down service will be available 24/7 Island wide and replacement vehicle will be provided within 24 hours. Replacement Vehicle will be provided if repair time consumes only more than 8 hrs.

Cancellation: Minimum one day’s charge

Govt. Taxes: Applicable as per the VAT & NBT rates imposed by the govt.

Long – Term Rates: On discussion.

Payment: In advance or end of the hire (prices are included with fuel and Driver salary,). (OT rates depending on the selected vehicle)

Driver Night Out Bata: Rs. 1000/= per night, When travel and stay overnight out of Colombo in tours.

Driver’s working hours:

For Daily Hires
• Restrict 8 hours per days.

For Monthly Hires
• Restrict 9 hours during week days and Saturday for 5 hours.
• Sundays, mercantile holidays & Poya Days (Full Moon Day) are considered to be full off days.

Driver’s lodging: has to be provided by Customer to stay in the night. If the Driver’s Lodging is not Provided, there will be an additional charge of Rs. 2500/= Per night for Driver Lodging.

Additional Charges: High way charges, parking bills etc will be added to the final bill.
